Activities will be occurring throughout the entire museum.
Read Across America is an event that was established by the National Education Association to promote reading. The event is generally celebrated on March 2nd, which coincides with Dr. Seuss’s birthday. This year we will be reading 6 different books at designated times near the otter enclosure, beehive, red wolf enclosure, American Adventure exhibit, Chesapeake Bay Tank and touch tank. There will also be Dr. Seuss book related hands on activities on the upper level of the museum, as well as, one asctivity outside Wild and Well on the lower level.
