Red Birds (ages 4-5)
Let our professional teaching staff provide your child with an appreciation of the natural world through active play, outdoor activities, crafts and other learning experiences. Children may sign up for one or all sessions.
Cost per session: $12 VLM member, $20 non-member
Time: Saturdays, 9:30-11am
Registration closes at 4 pm the day before each class.
September 12 – Junior Rock Hounds
Time to investigate and collect some of the earth’s treasures.
September 26 – Dino Discoveries
A look at dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes.
October 10 – Secrets of Seeds
They blow in the wind and stick to our socks – let’s find out what’s neat about seeds.
October 24 – Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf
Explore the changing colors of autumn trees.
November 7 – Meet the Wild Turkey
There’s more to turkeys than Thanksgiving dinner!
December 5 – Starry, Starry Night
Let’s get acquainted with the night sky of winter.
