Shark’s play an important role in the ocean’s ecosystem. Come learn about these amazing animals and how you can help protect them.

On July 14, we kick off our weekend celebrations with Shark Pajama Jam, a fin-tastic dance party with snacks, games and a live DJ-lead dance party!

On July 15, we will celebrate Shark and Ray Awareness Day with special activities for the whole family!

Aquariums Behind the Scenes Tour 11am Price: $15 member; $20 non-member

Go behind the scenes with our aquarist to see how we take care of our aquatic animals including what we feed them and how we keep their water clean.

Tour involves climbing stairs; no wheelchair access; closed toe shoes required.

Up to 10 guests; Ages 8 and up

Kaluoka’hina: The Enchanted Reef 11:30am Kaluoka’hina tickets
Fossil Dig 11:30am-3:30pm Guests can dig through fossil pit to search for shark teeth and create a necklace or bracelet.
Shark & Ray Conservation Table 11:30am-3:30pm View exciting biofacts to learn more about how we can protect these animals.
Shark Toss 11:30am-3:30pm See how many prey you can get into a shark’s jaws with this toss game.
Shark Obstacle Course 11:30am-3:30pm Navigate the ocean waters to seek out prey and avoid threats to sharks.
Shark Talk 2pm Discuss shark habitat in CB, how we care for our sharks, shark conservation, and more
Shark Animal Show 2pm Learn about Chained Dogfish Sharks during the scheduled feeding at 2:00 p.m.
What Kind of Shark are You? Quiz All Day Take this quiz to learn more “a-bite” what type of shark you are like!
Shark Scavenger Hunt All Day This fun activity will lead you on an ocean sized journey to learn about sharks!
