SUMMARY:Turtle Census
DESCRIPTION:Join the team for the annual Turtle Census project! Each summer
 \, participants help live-capture turtles to monitor the species in local 
 waterways and collect data on how populations are changing. No prior exper
 ience is required—VLM staff will guide everyone through each step of the
  project. The event is held outdoors\, so it’s recommended to dress in c
 ool clothing and bring a reusable water bottle\, along with a hat\, sungla
 sses\, and sunscreen. The minimum age is 12\, and guests under 18 must be
