Morning

Yesterday, when I was feeding the birds in our mountain cove habitarium, I was greeted by one of our residents. This mourning dove came to us from someone locally who needed to place him because he was imprinted. He’s very fond of supervising us when we’re taking care of the birds. 🙂

Heads Up!

The Virginia Living Museum will open at 11AM to the public today to allow staff to get operations up and running after extensive power loss last night.

This will NOT interfere with regular summer camp operations, camp will begin at 9AM.
