Spring & Summer Camps

Museum educators help children explore nature and space through hands-on activities, touring through the Museum, and learning about animals.

Age

We offer week-long camps for ages 3-11 and single day camps for ages 12-17.  Children must be the correct age by the first day of camp to participate. Please note that campers must be able to independently use the bathroom without an adult.

Cost

Half day camps for ages 3-4: $135 for members, $150 for non members 

Full day camps for ages 5-11: $260 for members, $290 for non members 

Single day camps for ages 12-17: $85-95 for members, $90-100 for non members

Reservations
To sign up online, please click on the dates you would like to register for, then fill out the secure online form. Reservations may also be made in person, or by phone, using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.

Details
Class size is limited, so sign up early! A minimum enrollment is established for each class and must be met at least five days prior to the first class meeting. You may cancel up to two weeks before the class unless otherwise stated, and receive a refund less a $10 handling fee. After that time, no refunds can be made. If the Virginia Living Museum cancels the program, a full refund will be issued.
