We cannot guarantee specific ambassadors. The ambassador animals for each party will be chosen based
on animal health, welfare, and use guidelines set by the Virginia Living Museum.

Please do NOT bring any pinatas, glitter, confetti, silly string, poppers, stickers, stick on vinyls, etc.
For the health and safety of our animals, balloons are NOT allowed inside the museum.
NO alcohol, candles or matches.
Will there be a refrigerator?
There is no access to a refrigerator or freezer.
What happens if I need to cancel?
A $50 cancellation fee will apply if your event is cancelled before a week of the scheduled party date. A fee of 50% of the total party cost will be applied if cancelled within a week of the scheduled party date.
How do I reschedule?
You may reschedule your party date at any time without penalty. You’re welcome to reschedule your party to an available date and time without incurring any additional fees. One week prior notice is requested for date changes. Rescheduled events are no longer eligible for refunds.

Can I invite more than 30 guests?
The maximum room capacity is 40 people.
Are tours included?
There are no tours included, but there are options for add-on tours.

Booking your birthday party is easy:
- Complete the online reservation request form.
- A member of our Reservations team will contact you to confirm availability and finalize your details.
- Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Reservations may be changed or canceled up to seven days before the party date for a $50 service fee.
Cancellations made within seven days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
