If you want more than just an off-site meeting space we can also help you think “outside the box”… everything from live animal shows on your breaks to behind-the-scenes tours and team building exercises can all be added on to room rentals to optimize your Museum experience!

Astronaut Survival Teambuilding Challenge

Schedule your team for a survival room challenge at the Virginia Living Museum!

Split off into small groups and challenge your team to work together to survive a mission in space! At station one, make a travel plan for your rover by identifying the map coordinates for the locations you want to study at Faustini Crater. Next, unlock the rover’s data bank to access the seismic data and accurately position the data location overlays on the map. Matching the data blocks reveals a message for the mission! Next, extract water from frozen lunar material, fill your oxygen tanks using electrolysis to split water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. Finally, you must work together to use conductive materials to repair the circuit and restore power to the damaged outpost and survive!
